Welcome, I'm Grady Francis, the songwriter and producer of CYPRESS LAKE MUSIC. I started this journey  in a home studio tucked near the edge of West Texas — with nothing but a mic, a Keyboard, and a prayer. I'm originally from Shreveport, La. I grew up spending much of my youth on Cypress lakes. Endless summers fishing with my Dad. Its that setting that always sets a peaceful mood for me to create  music. So, in tribute to my late father, I named this music adventure,  “CYPRESS LAKE MUSIC”.

  I'm hoping to grow this site to become interactive with my viewers. Music is a force that bypasses the brain and connects to the soul of all of us. I write songs about Faith in God. His eternal goodness and the hope of tomorrow.

   I want this site to be a safe place of honor and respect for everyone's voice. If you ever feel moved to share your own stories of faith I would love to hear from you. ALso, i will include a checkbox where you can say if you would like your story posted here to encourage others. If not i would be glad to respond to you personally. Be assured no private information will ever be shared on this site. I invite your comments on my music and hope it touches you in a good way.
